Very person centered to the individuals they serve. The executive director truly cares about her employees. Flexible scheduling and great coworkers.

Can have rough days with the clients but supervisors are very supportive and will de-brief after a difficult shift

You get to provide support and care to the clients you are working with and have a lot of fun while doing it. Management was amazing as well!

Really don't have any Con's but could be hard initially but once you build the skills the job is very rewarding.
