      Toxic work environment, frustrating management, burnout, and high levels of stress due to the terrible atmosphere in this workplace. Disrespectful colleagues, (education team) incapable of communicating effectively.

      unless get promoted as a 4.1 or 5.1 otherwise no career development at all, so lets say at least stay in this organization for 5 years
