      Pros

      Flexible environment which places focus on helping its employees progress and become in integrated part of the company.

      Cons

      A little old-fashioned, maybe. Communication technology within the company is limited to email, officially. They are not super on-board with the idea of working remote even for shorter periods of time, with the exception of being a healthy person under COVID-19 isolation in their household.

      Pros

      Good family atmosphere, if traveling for AMET you get to see some cool places,.

      Cons

      Management is not great, especially team lead. When you need a new tool the shop floor manager will disagree that you need a new one. Management doesn't use the time well. So because the boardroom or software can't get their stuff out in time, they will punish the shop floor for the systems not getting out in a timely manner.

      Pros

      For the area the company has a unique niche. They have decent pay and benefits. Occasional catered lunches and activities There are some nice people who frankly deserve to work somewhere better.

      A culture of blaming others Big egos, that sometimes feel like simple questions are attacks Disengaged management that really just wants to retire People getting yelled at whether they did the wrong or right thing Alot of churn and redoing things
