      Pros

      Existing medical cable assembly company.recently purchased by Ametek. Former company was fully establish in medical all field - this was Ametek's first foray into medical field.

      Cons

      Experience and company loyalty not taken into consideration. Work ethic doesn't seem to matter as long as you can schmuze your way into an unqualified supervisor's good graces.

      Flexible start time (6–8 AM) and ability to make up missed time. Supportive direct management and good work-life balance. Opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing skills.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
