      Pros

      Good pay, small manufacturer allows you to wear a lot of different hats. Big company benefits which are rare for a small town like Carson City. Two businesses under one roof.

      Cons

      Very production oriented. Good luck if you are in sales. Management has little understanding or support for sales and marketing. Engineering is probably most overworked part of the business.

      Flexible start time (6–8 AM) and ability to make up missed time. Supportive direct management and good work-life balance. Opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing skills.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
