Pros
Great people to work with, cell leaders are excellent and couldn't help their teams enough. Pay is pretty decent if u can climb the small ladder that there is and if your face fits. Company has good pension schemes and rewards for no sickness. And if ur lucky maybe even a Christmas voucher. Overall it can be a lovely place to work.
Cons
If your face don't fit you won't go anywhere. Can be ignored by management at times. Customer support can be tricky to get along with at times. Sometimes feels like management only care about the figures on the spreadsheet at the end of the month.
