Pros
Workplace culture is good (outside of Corporate). Staff is friendly and works well as a team.
Cons
Has potential but due to constant upper management changes there is an inability to stick to a plan and see if it succeeds. Very little room to grow professionally. Lots of work but 0 recognition or reward. Upper Management demands a lot in order to reach their "goals" but does little to support its inner management in the process. This company has the right people but will continue to lose employees if they don't utilize the talent within and continue to focus on short term goals.
