      Ametek SCP has no pros, or professionals for that matter.

      Cons

      Senior Managers at Ametek SCP can't admit what they don't know. It's a classic Greek tragedy. Ametek SCP's Senior Managers are grossly untrained. Corporate Ametek touts tuition reimbursement as a benefit, yet SCP literally NEVER exercises this. The very definition of bait and switch. Thank God for websites such as this.

      Flexible start time (6–8 AM) and ability to make up missed time. Supportive direct management and good work-life balance. Opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing skills.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
