      I love the autonomy AMETEK gives its Business Units through their decentralized execution philosophy. It leverages the benefits of a $5B corporation while producing a creative organization whose nearness to the market place allows fast resolution of our customers’ most challenging problems. Business Units have a very entrepreneurial feel.
