Pros
Love the fact that employee safety is priority. Management values input/ideas from team members. Company has put forth an aggressive Covid 19 plan to keep employees safe during the pandemic. Seasoned, committed workforce that always finds a way to get finished products to the customers on time.
Cons
Lean staffing right now leads to working a lot of overtime by the crews, but the situation is already improving as there are new employees in training. Have been with the company a short time and really have no complaints.
