      Financially stable company. Great product portfolio.

      Cons

      Old style management. Killing any pro activities, creativity. Very slow decision process. Senior management is doing whatever possible to not take any direct responsibility. I would not recommend for proactive people.

      Flexible start time (6–8 AM) and ability to make up missed time. Supportive direct management and good work-life balance. Opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing skills.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
