1. Very HIGH employee turn over because of management inability to help or at the very least listen to employees. 2. New management that was hired to help in supply chain just doesnt understand situation of us "woker bees" making work life more difficult and stressfull 3. Too much politics in management resulting in confusion on whos direction to follow. 4. Inability to hire people even when its obviously needed, asking people to work ridiculous hours just to stay afloat.
