Partially rewarding job, with ability to help patients, good knowledge about medications and health regulations, working as part of multidisciplinary medical team.
Cons
No work-life balance, managment, mandatory overtime on call duties, bullying by office staff, toxic unpleasant atmosphere, understaffed and pressurised to pick up care hours due to that. Assuming you’re lying if you call in sick and punishing you for that when you come back, expectation you will come to work even when not feeling well.
