Pros
I had support from supervisor when needed. Helping the clients was a joy. Being able to go out in the community as well was a plus. Meeting with others to get then on board to give the clients more ways to get out and about and have Transportation needs met.
Cons
It was a full time job but then I was told I had to decrease my house go part-time. It was a struggle for me and also the clients. I didn't have enough hours to get paper work and everything done with out being rushed. Clients had hard time to reach me because no hours to be in office to deal with all Situations that would arise. I had to go above and beyond. But I loves my job and if it worth it and offered to me I would think about going back.
