      Great hands on learning, pretty great management too. Small company meant more flexible roles and preferences to what projects you could be on.

      Duluth was a cool city but summer was cold.

      Great place to work and meet new friends. Challenging projects with a lot of variety. You will not get bored here.

      Cons

      Not really many cons. The views are great at the office and it's on a private road so not much traffic or anything to deal with when leaving the office.
