      The hospital environment is nice, the facility is clean, and the company has a good mission statement "Extending the healing ministry of Christ."

      Cons

      There is a lot of gossip at the hospital, the employees are not really managed well, the management is not good, and the managers are inconsistent.

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
