Pros
Great hospital to work with good benefit Lately particularly in lab due to short staff all employee are doing double the work and constantly work under stress .Majority employee of lab dept. are unsatisfied with the salary compare to other hospital in surrounding hospital and there own sister concern hospital Alexian brother.
Cons
Too much stress due to shortage of staff and not enough salary compare to surrounding hospital and their own sister concern hospital Alexian brother. Lots of new employee gets trained and leave within few months because of salary.
