Pros
The experience is invaluable. We have a tight team where coworkers work hard to support each other. The neuropsychologists are wonderful people to work for and respect their psychometrists.
Cons
Communication between departments is poor. Administration is disorganized. The people who manage you are rude. It's a high stress job for very low pay. AMITA in general seems to be going downhill since they bought out Alexian Brothers. The company cares more about making money than they do the wellbeing of their employees.
