      Amazing culture, great message, and the senior leadership are great people

      Cons

      Not all of their hospitals are in ideal locations from what I saw, I worked mainly in Bolingbrook and Hinsdale

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
