      Amazing coworkers, highly ethical senior leadership, and service oriented lower level management.

      Cons

      Joint operating agreement between Ascension and AdventHealth created AMITA Health. Have two parent organizations makes vision of organization difficult to realize at times.

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
