They definitely don't pay enough for the work done in comparison with similar job positions in different companies. Management can definitely use some work. Because the office was already a well-oiled machine before they came in, they felt the need to try and disassemble the workflow and force everyone to be so disconnected. Needless to say, this was the straw that broke the camel's back.
