      Flexible schedule and not micromanaged by supervisors.

      Cons

      Clinicians are over worked and the health insurance only covers Amita providers yet we still pay BCBS premiums.

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
