Great co workers. The hospital has so many different practices to utilize your insurance. I pretty much love it. This is the first job I didn’t mind coming to work

Cons

The turnover rate is horrible. Shifts are always open due to shortage of staff. Vacations are being denied because of that

Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

Cons

When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
