      Pros

      Great people work there- everyone is helpful and comes together. You don’t really have a choice when you’re so understaffed.

      Cons

      Ran like a business bought out by a bigger company. Cut costs in all the wrong places. Understaffed, no ancillary staff, administration pretending to listen to your concerns but nothing changes.

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
