My manager was great to me. The nurses working on the unit with you are ruthless, rude, know it alls. Definitely "old eat young" type of environment. Sad thing is, everyone is aware of it but nothing happens to change it.

Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

Cons

When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
