      Pros

      Good company and large network.

      Cons

      Sales teams are put on full commission and left to fend for their lively hood while being loyal to the company. Certain managers squeeze the life out of team. Especially if you are on a salary.

      Pros

      Pay is good and some days you will go home with 200 in tips

      Cons

      They over load you with stops, they don't care much about driving conditions. You will still be required to complete stops in a snow storm. Emptying trash at the end of day is a disaster.
