Pros

Let me think if there's any pros for me to even mentioned here for everyone acknowledgement. Nope, I think I'm good for now. But the Parking Access is nice tho. Keep it up, that's the only good I can think off.

Cons

- Here's come the plot twist (IT company with none IT implementation) - The founder itself don't want to invest for the company's benefits. - Most of us are underpaid. Small budget, but hard labour. - Management not so open minded about changes for good. Don't even want to try and adapt nowadays demand for Hybrid work arrangement. - Just gave a bare minimum salary package, nothing special. Salary on-time so far. - Manual everything. From leaves application to calculate your salary and track your leaves, all manual. Hence, there will be human error for sure. - Too many verbal promises, don't trust it until it is written or have black and white. - Where is the hybrid arrangement that we're planning earlier? Withdrawn? Ughh.. - More clients, more requirements, less productivity, less quality, less efficient, can't even deliver at the end. Then blame TA & AM.

Pros

- Salary paid on time - Annual leave and insurance provided

Cons

- No bonus - No job stability: when a project ends, AMK ends the contract and stops payment - No career growth: not a good company for long-term employment - Unfriendly toward foreign employees: - They may twist their words and take advantage of foreigners’ limited understanding of Malaysian labor law and tax deductions - When you want to change or leave your job, they do not provide an NOC (No Objection Certificate), which is mandatory for visa transfer - In Malaysia, without an NOC from the employer, you cannot get a new job, and most companies will not even consider you for an interview - This blocks new opportunities while the company is not paying you, creating a loop with no clear way out. At the very least, the company should allow a smooth transition to a new job if they cannot find a new project or continue paying employees while on the bench. This is a basic employee right and should not need to be requested—professional conduct should be standard **Not recommended for friends. Only consider this company if you have no other choice.**
