Pros

Free Cab Services to all their employees

Cons

Would have rated this company much higher however there are a lot of problems this company needs to solve if it needs to do well here in the long run as its very new to this place. Problems- 1. Hired people without any actual knowledge of the work. 2. Analyst II get paid almost double Analyst I even though the work performed by both are the same and to be honest none of the analyst II actually perform well. 3. Most of the people come to the office to pass time, none of them do the work and keep fooling the management who are currently sitting in the US and they cant monitor them properly that the work is being done. 4. HR is the worst, no idea who hired her, she behaves like she is the senior manager of the company and behaves very rudely with every person. She notifies people in the last minute that she urgently needs some documents or signatures and is ready to send us home to bring it or cancel the process. 5. A lot of them come to the office only to make jokes. 6. No culture unfortunately when you give powers to the wrong people at first the company starts in a wrong way. Management in the US is lied everyday that things are going well but its not the case. I'm one of the first people to join the office and I have seen it all.

Pros

-good experience with a variety of clients -potential for good managers -possible work from home

Cons

-clients can be demanding and managers usually won’t have a backbone to fight for their employees -micromanaging is usually the case in most instances -if a client sucks, you simply have to deal with it without any managers helping you.
