      Pros

      None at all. Gained nothing from it.

      Cons

      Management is arbitrary and does not plan well. Requests for clarification are seen as rude or inappropriate. Asked if I was willing to put in 100% but never provided the support needed when it mattered, then tried to fire me. Gave vague instructions about the contract with a client and then got angry when conditions previously unstated were not met.

      Pros

      - Start-up environment - Fast-paced - Emerging technology - Global expansion - Experienced leadership team (several new leaders freshly onboarded with strong experience and the right skills to help drive the company forward)

      Cons

      - being a small company at the moment, we can't always move as fast as we would like. But the team is persistent and is making incremental continuous growth.

      Pros

      Working with emerging technology in a start-up environment pushes skill sets; there are some fantastic people with incredible experience to learn from within the company. Requires forward thinking and the ability to move at pace when problem-solving.

      Cons

      If you aren't willing to learn or be involved in a start-up environment, it's probably not for you.
