Pros
Good presentation of the company in the social medias.
Cons
After more than 15 years in corporate roles, I joined Ampeco expecting a professional onboarding aligned with the responsibilities of an Account Management position. Instead, the onboarding relied almost entirely on self-education and weekly presentations that were largely disconnected from the actual role.
Feedback during these sessions appeared focused on impression management rather than actionable guidance. I was repeatedly told my EV industry knowledge was insufficient, despite the absence of structured training, clear learning objectives, or consistent answers to questions raised.
Although the onboarding was described as a “fit” assessment, I was never given the opportunity to work on real, role-related tasks. I was dismissed after one month without prior warning, defined expectations, or transparent performance criteria, which made the recruitment process feel unprofessional and unnecessary.
Notably, I was hired with the explicit message that my profile matched the role well, yet at dismissal I was told the opposite and informed that I had been hired mainly due to a referral.
The exit discussion itself was dismissive and disrespectful. My professional background was questioned and trivialized by senior representatives, and I observed hostile remarks toward other corporations, which reflected poorly on the organization’s professional standards.
