Pros

friendly colleagues gives sort of college atmosphere and some fun at work. small company gives some flexibility. some good people from whom you can learn.

Cons

driven by what the few people at the top think and want. if you are in their camp, going will be good for you, otherwise may not be. HR is spineless. by far not a modern managed company with absolutely no feel of a multi national even though part of KANTAR. over dependence on their Indian parent firm.

Pros

Good place to learn in various research skills. Not a bad company to start your career at, however it is not advised to stay for more than one year. Salary above average compared to other research companies.

Cons

Obsolete Indian management. Majority of upper management positions are dedicated to expats and not local resources. Poor office. It is basically a two-floor flat. HR with poor skills to solve subordinates problems with their managers. High turnover with many employees leaving the company. Terrible work and life balance.
