Pros
Flexibility with hours & great employees you get to meet.
Cons
To start off, Management. Probably one of the worst and poorly structured company's I've seen in awhile. Everyone is always at a disagreement and on a different page. If you're not breaking your back nor bootlicking the Supervisors/Managers, don't think you'll be the first in line for any opportunities or overtime. Next, the labor. The labor, depending on the department your in, can get intensive. Obviously the wage is laughable because of the amount of labor you end up doing for a very small amount in return. In this environment you are giving up the most precious things in life; your body and your time. I would also include state of mind, but that's depending how easy you fall into drama or what others say, which their is way too much here. Small note: Supervisors are always on a power trip. Finally, don't fall for their propaganda. Everything they say is bogus to give you a sense of security. You must remember this is a company & it's main goal will always be making money. In conclusion, what I recommended to anyone seeing this post, work on personal development. Always on yourself rather than on the company.
