Given supervisory experience as soon as you prove your capability. The company is focused on meeting client needs and deploys technology fast. Also open to staff suggestions.

      Pros

      Assigned as much work as I want to handle. No micro-management.

      Cons

      Because we are expected to work with little supervision, you have to perform. There are lots of resources to help you along though.
