The company will not invest in its talent and is not at all people focused. People are resources to achieve the CEOs goals. The CEO (Tasso) doesn't even do any of the company communication, does not share vision, strategy, mission, or values; he is completely focused on profits. All of the real leadership is left to the second level management and they can talk, but are not empowered to really deliver. Sales is a mess. The structure and management doesn’t exist. People don’t seem to have targets, are barely supported, don’t get real training, and management takes all of the incoming leads for themselves. The talented workers that bring in the money and deliver the projects are treated like cattle. All of the technical people are completely overworked and on the verge of quitting. Some of the technical leads work until the early hours of the morning, rest for a short period, and then get back to work. Many work nights and weekends. In my 10 months here 20% of the company has quit (the top talent), and 12% have been unceremoniously terminated with a cold un-feeling generic notification email that goes out every time. It has been proven time and time again that today a company needs to put its people before anything. Profits, customer satisfaction, and growth will follow that prioritization. Within 1 month of joining the company I realized I had made a mistake. Within 2 months I had started looking for work. I guess this will be a salary to support me while I look for something else.
