Incredible culture but fast-paced and goal-driven environment - Sales Associate AMZ Prep Employee Review

Honestly when I joined AMZ Prep 2 years back I didn't expect to learn this much. The energy in this team is something else - everyone's always ready to help and there's no weird office politics which is refreshing. I've gotten to work on some really cool stuff here. Ran their SFP campaigns, handled big and bulky target campaigns, and even got to build out the middle mile program analysis dashboard. Right now I'm deep into their ecommerce shipping project and it feels good when brands actually tell us they're saving money because of the rate analysis work I did. That kind of direct impact keeps you motivated you know? About 3 months ago they rolled out EOS across the company. Not gonna lie it was confusing at first and took some getting used to. But the leadership actually sat down and explained everything properly instead of just throwing us into it. Now it actually makes our work smoother so I get why they did it. Big shoutout to Blair and Arishekar - these two have been amazing mentors. They believed in me when I was doubting myself and pushed me to take on bigger things. And the top leadership - Imtiaz, Rich and Joel - they actually care about the team not just the numbers. The perks are solid too. Christmas bonus, new year bonus, diwali gifts, team outings, random office fun days. They don't have to do all this but they do and it shows.

Things move fast here so you gotta keep up. The EOS transition was rough for a few weeks. But honestly nothing major to complain about.

I expected logistics to be boring - I was completely wrong. AMZ Prep has incredible energy that sets it apart from my previous company. Blair and Arishekar bring fresh ideas and genuine leadership daily. Working with Ari was a highlight - he's approachable and smart. About a year ago, we launched into ecommerce shipping. The content creation was intense and took a lot out of the team, but we pushed through together. I did my part working on shipping case studies, collaborating with major partnerships like Shopify, Walmart, and Amazon. Creating co-branded content was completely new to me, but they trusted me with it. They even gave me opportunities to speak and collaborate directly with industry leaders - that kind of trust means everything. Now we're seeing real results from all the hard work. The team has been rewarded with amazing new holidays, which shows management genuinely values our effort. The warehouse and office culture here makes learning enjoyable, and being part of this growth has been incredible.

Steep learning curve, especially during new launches, but the supportive team and growth opportunities make it manageable.
