Pros
They believe in giving chance to everyone on the team to design , be involved in the firms studio activities-till you goof up...! But if you perform well and are sincere then the same is recognized and more work is given. Or else doomed!
Cons
The rules and regulations of how to operate in the firm are very obnoxious , things like even if you have to work over time and stay to work the AC needs to be switched off, we need to give a receipt for even getting a small pencil. Those rules show that the trust levels of the organisation is very less on the employees. but luckily thats just a few people in the management and hence not difficult to digest. The studio head in the management is super cool !
