      Pros

      Some dedicated people. Everyone is hard working. Leadership wants to be innovative.

      Cons

      Very political. While leadership wants to be innovative the group gets stuck in routine or territorial conflicts.

      Pros

      They are trying to modernize their technologies, and some teams are farther ahead than others. Hours are flexible and reasonable.

      Cons

      Still plenty of very old tech and processes being used. Lots of messy legacy code and source control to fight with.

      Thank you for this review, although I believe it is probably for a company other than this ANCOR (a non-profit trade association for disability services based in Alexandria, VA), as we have never had a software developer position in the company.
