Office environment - Architect AND Studio Employee Review

Okay but not great as expected

Great but better than I thought

Office timings are comfortable. You dont have to work overtime if you dont need to. No one forces to work over time. Management is good and they weekly involve you in some activities.

Salary is will be less. The quality of people might be a little less and you might feel like you are not in a competition. Which is bad of someone new in industry who is looking to grow and be criticized.
