Pros
Some of Management and Employees are trying to make it a better place. But a majority have no idea what they are doing, how to be a manager or maintaining proper sanitation of the facility.
Cons
Complete disorganization of management and lack of proper knowledge to run a food an beverage facility. Employees that have been hurt on the job are met with complete opposition to any workers compensation. The sanitation of all 3 plants is compromised.
