Pros
Some good employees. Some great ex-employees Great website with half-truths. Equal opportunity employer when it comes to hurling abuses and yelling at employees.
Cons
Too many. 1) No proper decided marketing plan on the market segment 2) Too much talking - not to the point. Waste of time in meetings. 3) Self promotion of the management 4) In other companies, employees would feel an honor to meet and talk to the CEO. Where as here, employees tremble with fear when the CEO comes to you. 5) Employees who are agreeable to whatever the managment says are encouraged, promoted and rewarded. 6) No independence to work. Too much of micro-management. 7) CEO talks bad about employees behind their back to other employees. 8) "My way or Highway" attitude of the management. 9) Negative perception about the company in the market place. 10) Wants to be like a big-five with a small company resources. Too much of big-five bureaucracy with just one or few resources in each functional area. First concentrate on getting more business. Then put the big five process later once you have considerable revenue stream. 11) Over-worked, under-paid and exploited work force. Expectation of completion of work with no regard for personal time. - slave driver. 12) Very very poor decision-making process.
