Pros
Most of the staff at the store was great but a lot of people would come and go very often. Easily promoted because of people quitting so much
Cons
The corporate team is a joke. They expect so much but treat their employees like crap. All they care about is making money and not how their employees are doing. Favoritism is obvious. DM is not very friendly. The owner is even worse... obviously doesn't care about employees. Horrible pay. I knew a manager who got paid $12/hour. Stores were getting served with eviction notices that's why so many stores closed down. Things started going downhill for the company after the last half of 2016.
