Working at ANINE BING has been such a great experience. The culture here is honestly one of the best I’ve seen. It feels like people actually care, from leadership all the way through the stores. There’s a real focus on people, supporting each other, growing together, and celebrating wins big and small. One thing that stands out is how much the company believes in promoting from within. If you work hard and show up, they notice. I’ve seen so many coworkers (and myself!) grow into bigger roles and take on new challenges. Of course, it’s a fast-paced environment, things move quickly, and you need to be flexible but it never feels like you’re alone. Leadership is super hands-on and supportive. If you’re looking for a company that values its people, encourages growth, and actually walks the talk when it comes to culture, this is it!
