Pros
If you are open to traveling a lot for work this is a great time to get out and see the country and have it all paid for by someone else. And they are usually pretty good about their time off policy for when things are happening at home.
Cons
When I have raised concerns about not feeling supported enough to continue learning/growing I don not feel like my requests are taken seriously. Our salaries are also below average comparitively for similar roles at other similar firms.
