Cons
Low wages for amount of work required. Expects you to sacrifice for the company while they give nothing in return. Ignores HR complaints. Favors people in offices near leadership for raises and promotions. No career path because they expect you to do grunt work your whole career. Talks a lot about the culture and values as an expectation for employees but leadership fails to follow through on any of those values.
