nothing ,their work culture like a call centre or you can say like a factory

Everything is wrong here , uneducated people are running company treating employees badly ,not providing salary on time ,lots of work ,worst management ,least salary ,the guy call himself project manager or TL is the genius among them all he's a ninja but he can't write a select query in sql ,he's so talented
