      big company, owned by Finmeccanica, maybe can be considered an old-fashion italian stable-job, but it could not be so stable as you think...

      Cons

      Too much politics, corrupted by it. Initially I thought it could be an opportunity to prove myself, but I was in a research project involving some other companies and their aim was only to take advantage of public money.

      Small company with great benefits and perfect office location. Some pleasant people to work with. Good company to start your working carrier.

      Cons

      Very bad working environment. Not many chances to grow. Awful management with no respect towards the employees. Not a place where I would suggest to work for.
