      Pros

      Office environment is okay but space are fully occupied with over staffs hiring, and the operation team do nothinf for improvement. Very disappointed from staff's view

      Cons

      Never listen to staff comments, never follow up with any feedback after performance review. Non human being and only good on keep asking staff to work on time but never ask them when did they off.. crazy thinker

      Pros

      free style management, could learn new technology without fearing project failure

      Cons

      good work will be appreciated but bad work will also got support. measure of performance is highly subjective and based on boss personal taste instead of fact. project delivery is not considered important.

      Pros

      I have always wanted to have the opportunity to know about cryptocurrency and was when i returned from the UK to Hong Kong, ANX was one of the companies i interviewed at. Although it was a steep learning curve for me to quickly understood about this industry, my mentors were really helpful in teaching me the ropes. This just led me to the continued progress in the Fintech space!
