Pros
Compensation was OK. Work load was rarely more than 40 hours a week. There are some great people within the company. Everyone I worked with was professional and easy to get along with.
Cons
There is a lot of posturing that occurs within upper management. The mid-managers I knew complained about upper management's unprofessionalism. This became further evident when upper management downgraded my annual review from what both I and my direct supervisor had rated myself. Nevermind that the previous year I got a raise and a bonus. The whole time I was there, the sales teams were on downward spirals of their numbers, with the exception of the last few months I was there.
