Pros
the variety of events work should appeal to any serious events professional. The catering is in-house so its a big team of people from different vocations working well together which is a great experience
Cons
For full time staff it is difficult working Saturdays and Sundays but we're in this industry because we love it so most just suck it up. Working in Homebush is great as you can drive to work but the traffic can be bad.
