No real cons. Their remote support could sometimes be difficult, but everyone seemed to want to help.

Pros
Pay is okay but it always depends on the contract. Staff at AOCE seems really friendly and willing to help you out. Benefits are good too. The salary but only work no more than 40 hours is nice. confusing but nice.
Cons
Usually military wants to pay the least amount of money for the contract. After the contract is up, you might have a job, might not. You might have a job but the new company that one the contract could try to pay you a lot less. The job can be demanding at times and the pay might or might not be worth it.
